Through grounded and deliberate analysis of the social, political, and economic forces that shape everyday life, the staff examines the conditions that define and challenge the country's present and future. Driven by a commitment to civic consciousness, Beyond Loyola encourages Ateneans to go down the proverbial hill and engage with realities beyond campus. Its staffers strive to produce reports that not only advocate for communities but are also continually shaped by sustained engagement with them. In doing so, the staff ensures that stories are not just written about communities, but developed with them over time.
